Our full metal fabrication and machine shop uses Surf Cam 2D and 3D and Solidworks design systems.  The Mazak lathe is 2 axis with live tooling and can pull a 3” diameter bar. The milling center has a 30” x axis, 16” y axis, and a 20” z axis. The computer guided plasma cutter can cut out complicated patterns without the high cost of using a laser or water jet.

Our shop capabilities include: Metal fabrication and welding, 1 off parts; Prototype design and fabrication, Private label low volume part runs, Private label high volume part runs, and short turn around times for emergencies.
